NutriSmart – End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and NutriSmart regarding the NutriSmart mobile application.

By installing or using the app, you agree to this EULA.

1. License Grant

NutriSmart grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use the app for commercial purposes without permission
• Circumvent security or usage limitations

3. Ownership

The app and all related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of NutriSmart and its licensors.

4. AI Functionality

NutriSmart includes AI-powered features that may operate in different ways:

• The free version uses on-device Apple Foundation Models
• Certain features may rely on third-party AI services, such as Google Gemini via Firebase

AI output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete.

5. Subscriptions

Paid features are offered via Apple In-App Purchases.

• Subscription status may be verified using RevenueCat
• NutriSmart does not access or store payment details
• Billing disputes must be handled through Apple

6. Updates and Modifications

NutriSmart may update, modify, or discontinue the app or its features at any time.

7. Termination

This license remains in effect until terminated.

It terminates automatically if you violate this EULA or uninstall the app.

8. No Warranty

The app is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NutriSmart shall not be liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the app.

10. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of [the Netherlands].
